The Toning Suite works! I have been a member for several years and have really benefited from the varied and progressive programmes given to me by the fantastic and supportive team of trainers. Regular reviews and new challenges have ensured that I am now stronger and fitter, as well as being able to use muscles I hadn't used much before and even finding some that I didn't even know I had! Toning Suite exercises were especially beneficial before and after my two hip replacement operations and I have no doubt they contributed to getting me back on my feet again so quickly. Going to the Toning Suite is far more than just pulling, pushing, stretching, resisting, crunching squeezing, lifting, resting and remembering to breathe..it's also a lot of fun.

I'm forever grateful to The Toning Suite. Four-and-a-half years ago I was in very bad shape, my Mum had died and my weight had ballooned. I lacked motivation but knew I had to do something. I was warmly welcomed and supported through the slow process of getting my enthusiasm back. Hindered by too many ridiculous lockdowns, I finally found my way back to health, at one point I'd lost over 3 stone and 40 inches. The trainers have been so empathetic and helpful, adjusting exercises to get the best out of me but listening when I was in difficulties. I'm now working to get back to my best shape having had a few personal set-backs, and the sessions are so enjoyable (Saturday mornings are usually a scream) as many of the regulars all get on so well together. Even in these cash-strapped times, The Toning Suite is something I wouldn't dream of giving up - I totally recommend it.

Super trainers, always encouraging and who give clear instructions. I’m feeling less flabby, stronger and looking forward to playing better golf and enjoying working in the garden without back ache because my core strength has improved over the months since I joined. I have been attending the toning suite for over two years now. In the beginning I struggled to move as I have ME/CFS and the team there have worked with me at my pace. Some days I am exhausted and just manage to lay on the beds and stretch but now those days are less frequent and I am increasing my muscle mass whilst using up stored fat so my shape has changed a lot. You are always treated as an individual and each programme is tailored to suit you and your body. The staff are brilliant and make you feel welcome and supported.

I have used the Toning Suite for several years. It’s a fantastic way to keep fit and flexible. They have a program that you progress through. The Team are so supportive and knowledgeable and it’s always enjoyable going as it’s such a happy place. I also use a small part of the gym and again the Trainers there are great and ask if your ok or need help to achieve your goals. This is by far the best gym I have been to. Would highly recommend to ANY age group or any body shape and size. They do have free trial days so keep an eye out.

I've been a member of The Toning Suite for 5 years now. I love it! I love the gentle yet constant improvement to my core strength, to be able to choose to work on an area I know needs improvement and the challenge of a carefully and individually planned new program every 6 weeks. The trainers are encouraging and genuinely care. I have never felt more toned. Also the fact that its ladies only. No matter what your age or abilities two sessions a week at The Toning Suite will improve your mind and body!

I've been a member of the Toning Suite for 10 years, and that in itself should say it all. Apart from the really lovely staff, who make each visit such fun, they have catered for all my ups and downs with their exercises, which have sometimes been very challenging!! They are never judgmental when you have lapses, just continually encouraging. They were also incredibly understanding and professional when I had a hip replacement, and my successful rehab was nearly all down to the carefully tailored exercises they devised. I would recommend a visit to anyone who is remotely interested in improving their physical and mental health. Thank you to all the Toning Suite Team!

I have been going to The Toning Suite for a good while now and could not be without it. The sessions make me feel flexible and fitter, in fact at the age of 75 I can touch my toes, something I was unable to do until I attended here. The trainers are friendly and encouraging, and tailor the exercises to suit us as individuals. I really feel the difference on the odd occasions I have missed sessions, and can't wait to come back. Update- I had my Diabetes type 2 annual review yesterday and thanks to the toning suite girls, especially Lynnie and Tracey, who have helped and encouraged me , I have lost weight and increased my fitness. This has lead to my Hb1Ac figure dropping from 46 to 33. I am now , technically, no longer diabetic!! Thanks , girls.

I happily give The Toning Suite 5 stars. The venue is great, the team are exceptional, and the toning beds really do help to improve mobility and muscle tone. We are weighed and measured regularly to check progress and encouragement is always given! My advice, "give it a go!"

I’m enjoying my time at The Toning Suite. All the staff are so lovely and from the first day I started they made me feel relaxed. I have lost weight and inches and I’m definitely more supple… I am continuing with more progress too come..

Iv been going to TTS for nearly 3 years! Iv lost extra weight and lots of inches! I even use the main gym and I’m approached and checked on and reminded I can call for help at anytime, this 1-2-1 is so worth it, I would t be where I am today without the encouragement and support of all staff whether that’s the ladies in the toning suite or the trainers in the gym! Friendly, welcoming, flexible and results seen, love going and most of all I enjoy it 😁

I have been coming to The Toning Suit since 2018, I have become very supple and I can move around better. The girls are so encouraging, I want them to be proud of my progress. It is a social event as well as working out. Well done The Toning Suit.
